Resilient Mindset for Men (Week 4)
Practical Tools for Men's Health is a comprehensive six-week series designed to empower participants with the knowledge, tools and support they need to navigate challenges, discover resources and embrace opportunities regarding men's overall health.
Each session will focus on a specific well-being area that can impact men's health and participants are encouraged to sign up for any (or all) of the sessions.
Mental strength isn’t about bottling things up—it’s about building the tools to bounce back and move forward.
In this session, mental health therapist Eric Wilkinson will provide a workshop on practical strategies for men to build emotional health and resilience to face life’s stressors with courage and compassion. You’ll learn everyday tools to strengthen your mindset.
All sessions will be delivered via Zoom! All sessions are open to UK faculty and staff, retirees, and their spouses.
