Practical Tools for Men's Health is a comprehensive six-week series designed to empower participants with the knowledge, tools and support they need to navigate challenges, discover resources and embrace opportunities regarding men's overall health.

Each session will focus on a specific well-being area that can impact men's health and participants are encouraged to sign up for any (or all) of the sessions. 

Food fuels everything—from focus and energy to strength and recovery. In this session, join registered dietitian, Karen McNees as she breaks down men’s unique nutritional needs for overall health and long-term wellness. Learn how to build better habits without overcomplicating your plate.

All sessions will be delivered via Zoom! All sessions are open to UK faculty and staff, retirees, and their spouses.
