Join us for this 4-week online SleepWell Group Coaching series dedicated to helping you create intentional sleep habits and revitalizing rest. Led by UK Health & Wellness coaches, Amy and Jackie, this interactive series offers a comprehensive approach to supporting your individual sleep goals.

This series will help you optimize your body and environment for more restorative sleep. Set intentional sleep goals and overcome obstacles in a supportive group setting.

Through expert guidance, research-based sleep tips, and shared insights within the group, participants will design personalized goals and overcome obstacles to promote more restful sleep.

The sessions will be offered on March 4th and 11th and April 1st and 8th.

Attendance for all sessions is recommended. However, each session will be recorded and provided to all registrants.
