Elder care workshop on dementia: Diagnosis to treatment options

Dr. Fred Odago will be with us to talk about the symptoms and treatments for Alzheimer’s disease. He will discuss the changes that occur in the brain and how those changes affect the person diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Sadly, there is still no cure for the disease, but there are treatments available. Dr. Odago will discuss treatments that can help people maintain their quality of life and slow the disease's progression.
