Supporting Mental Well-being in the Workplace series
Managers and supervisors impact the mental well-being of their employees as much or more than their spouses, doctors or therapists. Join UK Health and Wellness mental health therapist Kim Releford to learn practical ways to encourage mental well-being in the workplace.
Participants in the Supporting Mental Well-being in the Workplace series will learn the importance of knowing their impact and influence on employee mental well-being; managing stress and modeling self-care in the workplace; and how to respond to employees struggling with mental health issues that impact work performance and behaviors. You can sign up for any (or all) of the sessions:
First session:
- Best Practices for Promoting Mental Well-being in the Workplace: January 13, Noon-1 p.m.
This session will focus on increasing supervisors' awareness of their impact on their employees’ overall mental well-being and encouraging employee engagement in available resources.
