Koru Basic is an evidence-based program specifically designed to help reduce stress and anxiety while improving sleep and self-compassion.

This online four-week class is an introduction to mindfulness and meditation. It is an experiential class designed to help you tune into your body by learning two to three skills per week for dealing with stress.

Participants will learn specific skills that help calm and focus their minds, including breathing exercises, guided imagery, body scans and more! Each hour-long class focuses on a specific set of skills to practice during the online class and the week following it.

Classes will meet via Zoom on Tuesdays during the month of January.
