Winter is coming, ready or not. Some of us love winter while others wish we could skip it. During the winter months, let’s get creative and use time-tested tools to enhance our emotional and mental well-being. Are you looking for ways to calm your body and mind any time? Join us for this workshop to participate in guided imagery and breathing experiences. Also, we will offer tips for using mindfulness techniques to contribute to your overall well-being during the winter months.
