The holidays can be an exciting time, but they can also be the hardest time of the year for a caregiver. Aside from the day-to-day responsibilities of work, family and caregiving, there are the added demands of the season. With all you have to do, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself at this time of year. Taking time for yourself may sound selfish, but maintaining your physical, emotional, and mental health is not. Please join us to learn ways to manage self-care during the holiday season.
