Stress Reset: a 4-week group coaching program

Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress in your daily life? Join us for a 4-week group coaching course designed to help you take charge of your stress. Led by experienced UK Health and Wellness coaches, Amy and Jackie, this interactive series offers a comprehensive approach to supporting your individual stress reset goals. Through expert guidance, research-based stress reduction tools, and shared insights within the group, participants will design personalized goals and overcome obstacles to promote more stress resilience. 

What You Will Learn:
  • Week 1: Understanding the Stress Cycle and its Impact
    Gain insight into the biology of stress, the stress response cycle, and how it impacts your mind, body, and emotions. Learn to recognize your personal stress triggers and patterns.
  • Week 2: Managing Stress in Relationships
    Explore how stress affects your interactions with others personally and professionally. Learn communication strategies, emotional regulation, and boundary-setting to reduce relationship-related stress.
  • Week 3: Dealing with Stress at Work
    Identify key sources of workplace stress, including time pressure, workload, and office dynamics. Learn effective techniques for managing work stress, improving focus, and maintaining work-life balance.
  • Week 4: Creating a Personalized Stress-Management Plan
    Develop a custom action plan that incorporates what you’ve learned about your stress triggers and coping mechanisms. Craft daily habits and long-term strategies for managing stress.

Please join us on the first and second Thursdays of November and December (November 7, 14 + December 5, 12).

This series will be delivered via Zoom.

NOTE: If you can't attend all four sessions, they will be recorded and provided to all registrants.
