Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based program designed to help reduce stress and anxiety while also increasing sleep and self-compassion. Mindfulness can also help facilitate more connection and flow in your life.

Jackie Carroll, certified Koru instructor, will facilitate the Koru Retreat, a half-day silent retreat designed for anyone interested in trying an immersive mindfulness experience.

The retreat consists of the basic skills of Koru and a few other techniques that will help you experience more calm, more time for reflection and a sense of stillness.
