Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries as a caregiver is one of the most empowering and helpful ways, we can support ourselves and the person we’re caring for. Without boundaries, we can easily spiral into feelings of resentment, overwhelm, exhaustion and burn out.  Join us as we talk about how to navigate boundary challenges, work with feelings of guilt and fear that inevitably bubble up and make a personalized plan for building healthier boundaries with more confidence and ease.
