Join UK Health and Wellness mental health therapists to explore hands-on creative outlets for self-care. Activities will include button making, coloring, painting, Zentangle, and self-compassion mantra writing.
Employees can also pick up mental health resources such as depression and anxiety screening tools, resource recommendation lists, giveaways and self-care supplies.
