Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) empowers you with your own portable toolkit of safe and effective mind body skills that will help you to mobilize your own inner resources for healing.



This intensive 1-day workshop is recommended for anyone interested in a hands-on introductory overview of MBSR - no prior experience in MBSR or any form of mind body work is needed. 



The 6-hour workshop is a condensed version of the 8-week MBSR program and is also facilitated by Dr. John Patterson at Mind Body Studio, located off-campus. During this full-day program, you will gain an understanding of essential MBSR practices to incorporate these practices in your daily life.
