Many recognize the value of self-care but it can be difficult to put goals into action. What we need on a given day can be impacted by many factors and a “one size fits all” approach to self-care can be frustrating and ineffective. In this program, you will learn how to more accurately identify what you need when stress spikes and ways to create a self-care plan that meets your changing needs.
