Walk to Wellness Step Challenge
Get your friends and co-workers together for our next step challenge: Walk to Wellness! From January 23 through February 5 we'll be walking through the dimensions of wellness to unlock available resources with our steps - 45,000 total miles!
As we walk together, we'll unlock all seven dimensions of wellness - mental, emotional, social, physical, financial, sleep and environmental. The more participants, the more we can spread out the mileage, so encourage your co-workers to register as well. Walking together will make it more fun too! Shoot for an individual daily average of 3 miles per day.
If we successfully complete all 45,000 miles, participants will receive a prize, so get ready to walk together!
Important: You'll need to register your steps in MoveSpring (it is free - just use the code in your Health and Wellness dashboard and sign up when you get to the website or app) to make sure your steps are recorded.
