Workshop on embracing family time during breaks

Any family time is a gift. As parents we sometimes need to pause and truly be in the moment. In this workshop, we will discuss some strategies to help us turn off the outside world with its many distractions and truly be engaged with our family and friends in those breaks from work, school, and other commitments.
