Medicaid is a state operated and federally aided program that provides medical coverage, rehabilitation and long- term care for low-income seniors. Trying to understand the Medicaid process can be confusing and frustrating and it usually takes expert assistance to guide you through. Shelley will be with us to talk about Kentucky’s Medicaid basics including eligibility, application, how to apply and the different programs available.
