Workshop on Parenting in a Diverse World

Teaching children about diversity, equity, and inclusion can feel intimidating. We will explore the challenges of raising children in an imperfect, often unjust world. Participants will learn approaches, skills and resources that can be useful when talking to children of all ages about concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion as well as how to be a parent that supports equity and inclusion in environments with kids, whether that's school, playgroups, sports, childcare, or other settings.
