Research shows that self-compassion increases life satisfaction, happiness, self-confidence, body appreciation and immune function. Self-compassion decreases anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism and shame. This four-week workshop is based on the works of Kristin Neff and Chris Germer. It is an opportunity to learn, practice and bring more self-compassion into our lives. 



There will be sessions on February 4, 11, 18, and 25 from 2 - 3 pm. It is recommended that you attend as many sessions as you can. Each session has unique content specific to that individual session. You can participate even if you can't attend all four sessions.
