Elder care presentation on promoting medication adherence

Seniors are at the highest risk for being hospitalized due to medication mishaps. Aging issues such as loss of mobility, reduced dexterity, memory challenges, poor eyesight, confusing packaging and dangerous interactions with other medications or foods are the most common reasons for emergency care.
