Join MoveWell for a free 30-minute outdoor bodyweight circuit. You can attend in person at the outdoor amphitheater located directly behind Memorial Hall or live online via Zoom.



In this group fitness class, we'll rotate through a variety of exercises using only your body weight and a sturdy, elevated surface like a step, bench, or exercise box if you're at home. Or, if you're on-campus the amphitheater steps will serve this purpose. This short routine will work all major muscle groups and include a cardiovascular component. 



If you are joining in person, don't forget your water bottle and a face covering. For those joining online, all you will need is a sturdy step.
