Gratitude and appreciation can have profound impacts on our minds, bodies and relationships. Both also play essential roles in cultivating and maintaining thriving workplace cultures. Despite often being used interchangeably, there are differences between gratitude and appreciation. In this workshop, you’ll learn:
1. why gratitude and appreciation are important, 
2. what the five languages of appreciation are in the workplace, and
3. how you can practice gratitude and show appreciation more.
