Research shows that self-compassion increases life satisfaction, happiness, self-confidence, body appreciation and immune function. Self-compassion decreases anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism and shame. Based on the works of Kristin Neff and Chris Germer, this four-week workshop series provides an opportunity to learn, practice and bring more self-compassion into our lives.
