The Basic Computer Skills Workshop is designed for individuals who have little or no computer experience and want to improve their skills. You'll learn how to:

  • Become familiar with the basic parts of a computer
  • Identify how personal computers work
  • Have a better understanding of Hardware & Software
  • Be introduced to Microsoft Windows
  • Create and modify files and folders

This is designed for individuals who have little or no computer experience and want to improve their skills. Class sizes are usually small with one or two participants. We will focus on the areas that you choose such as: using the keyboard and mouse, opening and closing programs, saving files, navigating myUK, etc.
