31 Days of Gratitude Challenge
You are invited to join our 31 Days of Gratitude Challenge happening December 15 through January 14! Throughout the challenge, you’ll receive suggestions daily for ways you can practice gratitude, or you can practice in your own way.
The goal is to practice at least 21 days or more of gratitude and log each time on the MoveSpring app. Participants will be eligible to win one of 25 copies of “Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything” by BJ Fogg, PhD. You will also earn an extra entry by logging 21 days or more.
