This presentation will explain what burnout is, burnout causes including 6 dimensions of work-life associated with burnout, and strategies to protect against burnout or respond to burnout. We will also focus on how we can build a healthier response to life stressors, including cognitive strategies, emotional regulation and body regulation strategies. Small and practical steps will be emphasized.
