Liberating Structures are a collection of powerful facilitation strategies that can be used in classrooms, everyday meetings, strategic planning sessions, workshops, and presentations. They are methods that engage everyone at every level within the organization to become expert contributors in any innovation effort.

Liberating Structures will help you shift everyday habits and interaction patterns to include the vast majority. They help us shape our direction by moving us away from more constraining conventional structures (e.g., lectures, open discussions, status updates, brainstorms) toward sessions that foster lively participation in groups of any size.  Everyone is included, unleashed and able to move toward a new way of collaborating.
