I'm Jakob Hester and I'm a Wellness Specialist with HR Health and Wellness. I've worked at UK since 2016. I received a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky and a master’s degree in Health Promotion from UK as well. I enjoy finding new ways to share how important (and fun) well-being can be.
