Our Hiring Process
- First, you'll apply for a STEPS position listed on our job board.
- Then, if you pass the screening process, we'll contact you.
- If you are selected, you'll be asked to complete some paperwork: fill out an I-9, sign our Drug-Free policy, and set up your direct deposit.
- And within the first couple of weeks of your assignment, complete orientation and training.
