With an EatWell membership, you can join our registered dietitians and fellow members who share your desire to eat well. This customizable membership provides a no-nonsense, evidence-based approach to healthy eating that can address a wide range of nutrition-related needs, including weight management, chronic disease prevention and management, and quality of life. A free EatWell membership also gives you access to exclusive benefits, like weekly member meetings, an EatWell member website, and  weekly emails.

Memberships are:

November 16, 2020 Reduced hours and unpaid leave options extended through August 28, 2021

As part of our earlier COVID-19 response, we extended the eligible seasonal periods for reduced hours and unpaid leave to include fall 2020 and now we're including spring 2021.

October 19, 2020 Upcoming staff holidays include election day and bonus days

Election Day is a university holiday this year. To qualify for holiday bonus days this year, an employee must be in a regular position on or before October 25.
