KORU Mindfulness training
Want to reduce stress and anxiety while also increasing your sleep and self-compassion? KORU is an evidence-based program that will teach specific skills to help calm and focus the mind.
Each class builds up from the previous class. Please plan to attend each class on the following dates:

Please note: KORU training is completed over four weeks (one-hour session each week)
