Bend, Don't Break is an interactive 7-week class, designed to help you to thrive more and be overwhelmed less.

The facilitator and creator, Health Coach Amy Rodquist-Kodet, MA, CHWC, invites you to join the next session. 

On the surface, this program is about understanding the science and day-to-day actions that can improve wellbeing. 

But really? It’s about creating your own custom blend plan for thriving in every area of your life.

If you're ready to show up, surrender fears and overwhelm, and activate new tools to increase your flourishing at home and work – this is for you. By the end of the 7-week practice group, you will understand how to:

  • Cultivate more genuine positivity every day
  • Connect with your meaning and strengths to become more resilient
  • (Re)set and achieve well-being goals that work for you and your life
  • Nourish positive relationships
