Hi! I'm Carrie Davidson, an Exercise Specialist and Fitness Facilities Manager with UK Health and Wellness. I've worked at UK since 2006. I hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Exercise Science, a Master's of Divinity degree from Gardner-Webb University and a doctorate in Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky. I also hold several fitness certifications (ACSM, ACE, RYT 500, and Mind Body Specialist) and I am passionate about helping others be healthy in body, mind, and soul!

Our fitness staff is available for individual and group sessions. We can help you to reach your fitness goals, no matter what they may be and no matter what challenges you may have.
