Spending a little too much time in your chair lately or generally feeling stiff? Give your mind and body a break by following this 15-minute chair yoga routine. You'll discover several options for practicing with a chair, including sitting, standing, and finding our own way to practice.

You can follow along on your own time, but this routine could also provide a great opportunity to move together. No matter whether you are gathered together in-person or virtually, consider adding this video to the beginning or end of meetings, or set up a break-time activity with your co-workers.
