Many Health & Wellness programs are offered for FREE to eligible* participants. For most of the programs that require payment you have three options: credit card, cash, or check.
Which program fees can I pay for with my credit card?
- Weight Loss Matters (new and returning enrollees)
- Cooking Class
- Chair Massage
- Body Shop Specialty Class
- Body Shop Membership Fees (UK retirees and retiree spouses ONLY; UK employees and their spouses must pay via payroll deduction)
How do I pay via credit card?
Be sure to fill in your information correctly and indicate the program(s) for which you are paying. To pay via credit/debit card using Authorize.net:

We accept Visa, MasterCard debit/credit cards; Discover and American Express.
Is the site secure?

Will I get a receipt?
You will receive an e-mail receipt from Authorize.Net at the e-mail address you provide. Please retain for your records.
How do I pay with cash or check?
You may submit your payment by mail to: 170 Lancaster Aquatic Center, Lexington, KY 40506-0212. Please make checks payable to UK Health & Wellness. Or stop by the office, if paying with cash. Please bring exact amount. Change may not be available.
Can I get a refund?
The UK Health & Wellness Program does not offer refunds.
*Only University of Kentucky employees, retirees, spouses, and sponsored dependents are eligible for UK Health & Wellness services and programs.
