Professional Growth Pathway The Professional Growth Pathway (PGP) is a self-paced, learning curriculum created specifically for any employee interested in increasing their effectiveness and strengthening their skill set in both individual and team performance. The PGP comprises several online modules covering various areas such as:
- Self-Awareness
- Communication
- Emotional Intelligence
- Teamwork/Collaboration
- Conflict resolution
- Navigating change
- Productivity
- Decision-making
- Customer Service
Participants are required to complete a series of web-based trainings, microcourses, and the Extended DISC personality assessment. It takes, approximately, a total of 7 hours to complete. Upon completion, participants will receive an electronic certificate available to print within the myUK Learning system.
How do I register?
You can register for our program in the myUK portal.
Under the Employee Self-Service tab, follow the myUK Learning link. Once loaded, search for "Professional Growth Pathway" and enroll.
