Effective July 1, 2023, UK-HMO Members can now receive many routine and commonly requested vaccines for a $0 co-pay* at your local, in-network pharmacies

Effective July 1, 2023, if you are a UK-HMO member, you can receive the vaccines listed below, through the following channels:

  • Your primary care provider with your UK-HMO card
  • The UK Retail Pharmacies with your Express Scripts Card
  • Your local, in-network retail pharmacy with your Express Scripts Card
    (Please note:  The Kroger Chain Pharmacies are no longer part of the prescription network effective January 1, 2023)

Below is a list of the vaccines you can receive through a participating pharmacy or from your Primary Care Provider’s Office, effective July 1, 2023:

*Vaccines are a $0 patient cost if they are obtained through the proper channel, as illustrated above.  Please ensure that your Provider has recommended the vaccine before you go to the Pharmacy for a vaccine, as some vaccines have coverage recommendation rules, such as age and other health risk factors.
 
Travel vaccines are not part of the $0 co-pay group of vaccines and would only be covered at the member’s expense, as they are not a covered benefit through the UK HealthCare Plans.
