PLEASE NOTE:  Due to budget restrictions and limited resources, the UKadvance 2008 Leadership Development Institute will not be held.

Participants in UKadvance programs are selected for participation. There are three UKadvance programs:

Leadership Development Institute (LDI)
LDI is an intensive two week program especially for full time UK employees. During the Institute, you and a diverse group of employees will gain an in-depth understanding of how the University operates and is organized as it strives to meet strategic goals and objectives. You will explore opportunities for your professional growth and become part of a network of other professionals committed to UK's mission of teaching, research, and service.

Management Development Institute (MDI)
With the 2005 program recently completed, MDI provides managers at UK with concentrated leadership training and provides them a broader view and understanding of the university and its various components. Participants are nominated by their senior managers based on a set of very specific criteria.
