What We Offer

Training gives employees the ability to sharpen the knowledge, skills and abilities  necessary for personal and professional growth.  Classes cover a broad spectrum of subjects designed to meet the needs of every University employee.  Topics range from Adult Basic Literacy, Meet the Personal Computer, Basic and Intermediate Computer Skills over numerous topics, as well as Supervisory and University policy and procedures workshops.  Other topics include Communication, Leadership, Team Building, WOrkplace Conflict Resolution.

All training is at no charge and is open to all university employees.  Our courses are an interactive method of learning and include instructor-led, self-paced, hand-on, or web-based courses.
