Conducting a SWOT Analysis

Occasionally it seems that we manage our departments in a vacuum- doing today what we did this time last year and merely tweaking next year’s plans without ever taking into account what is happening in the world around us. In this seminar, you will learn to:
- Identify the components of a SWOT Analysis
- Identify and use SWOT questions in a group brainstorming setting
- Records idea for action
- Categorize ideas thematically
