Perceptions: Is Seeing Believing?

Can we trust what we see? How can we make sense out of what the senses send to the brain? We will discuss how we see ourselves, how others see us, and how our perceptions shift over time. In this workshop you will be able to:
- Define the two influencing factors of perception
- Understand the four steps in the perception process
- Recognize the impact of faulty perceptions
- Explain how perceptions impact problem solving, decision making, & conflict resolution
- Recognize how perceptions change
