Many leaders frequently ask, "Why don't they just do what they are supposed to do?" This seminar is designed to give leaders the tools needed to discover the answer to that old question. By the end of the course, leaders will be able to:
- Identify the causes of problems
- Describe which problems are worth solving
- Describe solutions which will help solve the problems
- Decide which solutions will be practical and economically feasible
