Because the training doesn't meet the mission needs of the unit or department nor the specific developmental needs of the individuals attending. Managers and supervisors are often confused about what training can accomplish and what it cannot accomplish. During this seminar, we will discuss:
- How training can help your front line staff improve performance
- When training is not the answer to your performance issues
- How and why a needs assessment is so important
- How you can help reinforce training and make sure training works
