Understanding how to analyze your problem in a structured way and use validated problem solving instruments to identify causes, gather information, choose the best solution and create an action plan allow you to make the best reasoned, objective decisions. During this seminar you will learn to:
- Apply a structured problem solving model
- Write a problem statement
- Use fishbone diagrams and pareto charts to identify causes
- Use interviews, check sheets to gather information
- Apply a criteria matrix to discern the best solution
- Use an action plan and GANTT chart to put your plan into action
