In this dynamic workshop, positive attitude, customer focus, and loads of fun combine to transform the workplace. During this session, participants will:
- Learn four principles to improve internal and external customer service.
- Identify creative and innovative ways to bring life and energy to their work.
- Apply the four principles toward the vision and purpose of University of Kentucky.
This workshop is offered as departmental training and/or staff development only. It is available to groups of at least 10 people. Call us (257-9623) for information.
