Internal Audit is currently offering a Procard Operations Seminar focusing on management responsibilities. This workshop complements existing presentations conducted by the Office of the Treasurer for all New Procard Holders, and all Procard Editors. This workshop, developed in collaboration with Human Resources and the Office of the Treasurer for protocol and content respectively, is designed to provide instruction to administrators, business officers, and Procard supervisors on the application controls at the unit level. After completing this seminar/workshop, you will be able to:
- Understand department/unit internal control responsibility
- Recognize appropriate duty separation
- Implement procedures to comply with University regulations
- Provide adequate oversight including reconciliation procedures and monitoring activities
