How does anyone involved in the hiring process know what steps to take to hire a new employee? Or know what resources and tools are available to aid you through the process? This training will walk you through the fundamentals of UK’s hiring process. We will take a step by step approach to ensure that you understand everything from posting a job requisition, screening and interviewing your applicants, and processing all the necessary paperwork to officially offer/hire a position. This class will also introduce successful interviewing techniques to focus on getting the right person for your position. This four hour session has also been part of the campus and hospital SuperVision since December 2008.
