Cost Transfers
This class will provide an overview of processing a cost transfer (JV) on a sponsored project. The course will include a basic review of the UK policies on cost transfers, as well as the foundation and purpose for these policies. Additional topics that will be covered include: general guidelines regarding format, timeliness, and required documentation for processing, method of review upon receipt in Sponsored Projects Accounting, most common reasons for returning a cost transfer, and statistical information related to JV processing.
