Financial Management
This class will provide an overview of grants financial management. The roles and responsibilities of SPA versus the department will be discussed in areas including cash management, account reconciliations, documentation, reporting and the account close out process. The cash posting process will be discussed in detail, as well as what reports should be used to review payment information.
