Mod 4 SV Corrective Action and Coaching

This course will provide Supervisors an overview of UKs Corrective Action process and related forms. Supervisors will obtain tips on how to effectively coach employees throughout this process along with tips on dealing with difficult behaviors. A representative from Unemployment Insurance will join the session to share information about their area. Employee Relations will join the session to answer questions from the Supervisors.
